Điếu Cày - Nguyễn Văn Hải, Công Lý Sự Thật - Tạ Phong Tần, Anhbasaigon - Phan Thanh Hải là những người yêu nước. Lòng yêu nước của các anh chị đã được thể hiện bằng hành động ngay từ những ngày đầu dân Việt xuống đường lên tiếng bảo vệ biển đảo và lãnh thổ Việt Nam vào năm 2007. Lòng yêu nước đã thể hiện qua tâm tư khắc khoải lo âu cho vận mệnh dân tộc được trang trải trên nhiều trang viết.
Lòng yêu nước đó đã và đang bị giam cầm và ngày 7 tháng 8, 2012 tới đây, lòng yêu nước của các anh chị lại một lần nữa bị đem ra xử tại Tòa án Nhân dân Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh – 131 Nam Kỳ Khởi Nghĩa, phường Bến Nghé, Quận 1.
Mỗi chúng ta – những người thiết tha với quê hương này – đều ấp ủ trong tim lòng yêu nước ấy, nung nấu dần theo năm tháng, mong mỏi tình yêu ấy được thoát ra khỏi lồng ngực, được tự do bày tỏ, được ôm lấy mảnh đất nghìn đời này mà yêu thương.
Bỏ tù, bắt giam, xử án và kết tội Điếu Cày - Nguyễn Văn Hải, Công Lý Sự Thật - Tạ Phong Tần,Anhbasaigon - Phan Thanh Hải chính là bỏ tù, bắt giam, xử án và kết tội lòng yêu nước của chính CHÚNG TA.
Vì vậy CHÚNG TA phải có mặt tại “phiên tòa kết tội lòng yêu nước”. Phải đồng hành với những người bạn yêu nước của CHÚNG TA.
Khi quyền tự do thiêng liêng nhất là quyền bày tỏ lòng yêu nước, quyền bảo vệ giang sơn, quyền góp phần quyết định vận mạng chung của đất nước bị tước đoạt, đe doạ, bỏ tù thì độc lập quốc gia sẽ không còn, tự do con người là nô lệ của sự xin cho và hạnh phúc nhân dân chỉ là bánh vẽ.
Tự do hay là chết!
Có người đã nói như vậy.
Trong bóng đêm bành trướng của bá quyền phương bắc ngày hôm nay chúng ta có thể nói: Tự do hay là mất nước – Tự do hay mất cả sự hiện hữu của con người Việt Nam.
Ngày hôm nay, đất nước chúng ta tuy không bị xâm lăng toàn bộ như đã xảy ra nhiều lần trong lịch sử hơn 4000 năm. Tuy nhiên, chúng ta lại phải đối diện với một một kế hoạch xâm lấn lâu dài và tinh xảo. Hệ quả là Mẹ Việt Nam như một người bệnh ung thư đang bị gặm nhấm, mất đi từng phần của thân thể.
Ải Nam Quan, Thác Bản Giốc, biên giới Việt Bắc, Hoàng Sa Trường Sa và thềm lục địa Việt Nam đã nằm trong tay bá quyền phương Bắc.
Còn phải bao nhiêu phần thân thể của đất Mẹ bị cướp đi để Việt Nam chính thức trở thành ngôi sao hèn mọn thứ 5 trên lá cờ đại Hán?
Còn thêm bao nhiêu mất mát nữa để chúng ta tiếp tục chần chờ lưỡng lự trong nỗi sợ hãi và ngồi yên sống trong hy vọng vào bước chân và hy sinh của người khác.
Còn thêm bao nhiêu tủi nhục nữa để chúng ta tự ban cho mình đặc ân đứng bên lề cuộc bể dâu của đất nước vì hoàn cảnh kinh tế cá nhân, hạnh phúc gia đình mình?
Còn bao lâu nữa chúng ta có thể say sưa ăn mày hào khí Diên Hồng của ngàn năm trước, ngủ vùi với giấc mơ tự do, dân chủ, phú cường mà đôi chân tê cứng vì sợ hãi, đầu óc đông lạnh vì những tính toán được mất của cá nhân?
Còn bao lâu nữa chúng ta an phận với cuộc sống nô lệ bình an?
Chúng ta đã lỡ hẹn với con tàu yêu nước được khởi hành bởi những Phạm Thanh Nghiên, Cù Huy Hà Vũ, Nguyễn Văn Hải, Phan Thanh Hải, Tạ Phong Tần và nhiều người khác. Nếu tất cả chúng ta cũng như họ, thì có lẽ bạn bè ta đã không ngồi tù, vận mệnh của dân tộc đã khác.
Một người hy sinh cái giá phải trả sẽ vô cùng lớn; 1.000 người sẵn sàng đối diện với khó khăn, thử thách, giá phải trả sẽ thấp đi;10.000 người quên đi toan tính cá nhân, vận nước sẽ chuyển động; 100.000 người đứng lên, đất nước 90.000.0000 người sẽ hồi sinh. Chúng ta hãy là con số 1.000 người đầu tiên ấy.
Chúng tôi, những người bạn của Điếu Cày, Công Lý Sự Thật và Anhbasaigon sẵn sàng chia sẻ với các anh chị ấy và những người yêu nước dũng cảm đang tranh đấu cho độc lập dân tộc và toàn vẹn lãnh thổ hiện nay cái giá phải trả cho lòng yêu nước. Chúng tôi sẵn sàng là con số nhỏ nhoi ban đầu đó.

Third, the Students after graduate from Universities of Laws, they have become so many best of Lawyers. They should help for the weakest men, because they are unlucky to enroll to any American university in order to improve the cognition. Finally, the students could be the worth of lawyers, they could help their nation and for example, they volunteer service for their nation as like congressmen or senators or president, because the face of nation is the most important thing than other values when their country is super emperor of the worldwide. Let us prove one’s goodwill. First, the freedom is to have in the United States of America, but our nation did not want other countries to have freedom as like us. In fact, the American legislative powers have been known for Vietnam War than others, because the American government has been invasion to Vietnam form 1945 to 1975. As Americanism has understood about barbarous communism, but Americanism has threw the three hundred thousands of Southern officers to barbarous communism. Obviously, Americanism looks like zoological trainers that they throw many young deer to the cruel tigers in the zoo. For example, in the United States of America has laws of punishment if some one destroys other properties as like the one destroys others car. The police arrest this one, so the American court gives an order to compensate for the injurer of one. As we, the American people and the human world, have realized to Vietnam War that I am imprisoned for a half and six years in the communist jails by the American invasion, but the American government could not compensate any pennies to my injury. Significantly, the terrorist has attacked to kill for the three thousands of the American citizens and both buildings. The American government has been spent more than ten thousands of billions dollars in order to revenge it. However, the United States of America has strongly been invaded Vietnam for thirty years in the past, so the USA has betrayed its alliance of South Vietnam, and the twenty five millions of Vietnam people to barbarous Vietnamese of communist government, because Americanism does not want other human beings that they enjoy the democrat. Finally, the American justice is selfish, because Americanism have been refined some of international doctrines as like communism, capitalism and Islamism, let’s create to be Americanism in order to lead the whole world, but the Americanism does not respect any foreign sovereignty as like Lao, Cambodia and Vietnam. Accounting to Stanford University is the best of American university, but to talk about Law Department that Stanford University has been teaching the American Laws and International Laws were the worst, because Stanford University has taught the American and international Laws that WAS TAUGHT ONE WAY, BUT DID OTHER SIDE. For example, the Vietnam War, no American attorney or lawyer has dared told about the true events when they wear with colorful glasses without the white one. Therefore, I have dared told that in the United States of America or Americanism did not have any school of laws, but have many schools of powers.
